James and I are back in New York after a wonderful trip. Just wanted to thank you again for all you did to make it so great, and to take you up on your offer of a recipe for Scoccia.
(We had it often in Ragusa, and the Scoccia there was just as James remembered it!) Again, all you did for us was much appreciated. Please send our best to your father, to your husband and to Paolo (who was an excellent guide). I look forward to trying your recipe! Best regards, Phil
