To think of Sicily only as the far corner of Southern Italy is to miss the point about this fascinating island.

Sicily is more than an island. It's a unique place full of art, archaeology , history , folklore and breathtaking scenery and of course great food .

But it's also the island of the sun and of the volcanoes.

Our trip along the shores of this lovely island begins in Catania and end in Palermo and includes : the wonderfully and well preserved greek temples in Segesta ; the medieval Erice; Agrigento 's beautiful Valley of the temples ; the well preserved Greek and roman amphitheatres in Syracusa and beautiful Taormina with Mount Etna in distance.

Our tour small group size ( 20 people maximum ) with classic but unique itinerary includes also : farm visits ( where we'll have the lunches) , archaeology and great cusine

Excursion on Etna . Lunch in a farm house . Visit Taormina

Day 3
Visit Syracusa and Noto . Move to Caltagirone to wonder the town and it's ceramic shops.

Day 4
Visit Villa Romana and Agrigento

Day 5
Departure to Selinunte . Transfer in Marsala . Oil Tasting and lunch . Excursion in Erice

Day 6
Visit Segesta . A full day visit of Palermo .

Day 7
A day in the Madonie Park to have a special lunch and visit . Excursion in Cefalù

Departure from Palermo airport and end of the tour
